Network infrastructure, public address, and CCTV systems across a 12-branch retail chain were renewed with a standard branch package.
Because the branches had opened at different times, each one had a different infrastructure; central monitoring was impossible and faults were handled branch by branch. To keep the stores from losing daytime revenue, all work had to be carried out outside sales hours.
We designed a uniform 'branch package' for all locations: a standard cabinet layout, IP camera set, public address, and network components. Implementation proceeded branch by branch through overnight work; each branch opened fully operational the next morning. All branches were connected to headquarters over VPN.
All 12 branches were transformed in 10 weeks with zero store closures. The head-office team now monitors every branch's cameras and network status from a single panel, and new branch openings are completed in one week with a ready-made package.
