In a 3-block residence project, CCTV, license plate recognition, access control, and intercom systems were unified on a single management platform.
Each block had security systems from different brands that did not communicate with one another. Site management was monitoring three separate screens, and visitor authorization was handled manually. The transformation had to be carried out without disrupting residents' comfort.
We consolidated the CCTV, access control, license plate recognition, and intercom systems of all blocks on a single integration platform. LPR cameras were installed at vehicle entrances and mobile-credential access readers at the blocks. Cabling work was carried out during daytime hours, and in-apartment work was scheduled by appointment.
Site management now monitors 96 cameras and all access points from a single screen, and residents can authorize visitors through the mobile app. Event recordings are retrieved retrospectively within seconds.
